My coronavirus experience has taught me that having an anti-virus pack in your first aid kit can aid recovery. What’s your plan for tackling Covid-19? Are you prepared in case the worst happens? Powerful viruses like Covid-19 and inflammation that won’t calm down can debilitate our health. Why not add a virus recovery pack to your first aid kit. It’s time to do some thinking. If infected, why not fight back against the Coronavirus rather than waiting to see what damage it will do. I had a plan and thankfully it worked.

In March 2020, my virus tackling kit really came in handy. Prior to the 18th March, I hadn’t left the house for 2 weeks. My husband and I went shopping on Wednesday 18th March. Unbeknown to me, my Coronavirus experience was about to begin. Soon after shopping, unusual, extreme bouts of tiredness set in. It didn’t feel like normal tiredness but I dismissed it in hopes that more sleep would alleviate the symptoms. Five days after my possible infection (Monday 23rd March), extreme symptoms suddenly emerged. In hindsight, it must have been a cytokine storm.

My Coronavirus Experience – Symptoms

I would like to share my Corona virus experience and what I did to alleviate most of the symptoms within 24 hours. It goes without saying if you have symptoms of Covid-19 follow your country’s guidelines on contacting your doctor or helpline. In the UK we are told to ring NHS 111. My knee-jerk reaction was to use everything in my first aid kit arsenal for viruses in hopes it would work. Success in resolving your own health issues breeds confidence. You learn to work with your body; using protocols that don’t have serious side effects and have a strong chance of helping. (Evidence based medicine.)

On the 23rd March 2020 I got a sudden sharp pain in my right ear and a piercing pain in what felt like a few spots on the right side of my throat (not the whole throat). There was stinging pain deep in my left sinus. I felt a numbing, heavy headache coming on. A sudden tickle in the throat caused a dry cough. Post nasal drip suddenly started profusely. It was as if a tap had turned on in my nose. Nausea and a dodgy stomach left me hot, shaky and disorientated. It felt very strange. It was like my legs could no longer keep me standing.

All of this happened in lightning fast succession within what seemed like a minute. I didn’t know what to deal with first. It was like a sudden severe allergic reaction. I was too sick to speak. It was scary. It felt serious.

Here’s what I did:

What I Did About the Coronavirus

I ozonated a glass of distilled water for 5 minutes, drank it immediately. (Known to disable viruses due to the oxygen content. See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory manual Experiment 75.) The relief was instant. The throat pain and cough immediately stopped. I could feel three distinct circular spots where the pain was (right side of my neck) evaporating (very strange). Thankfully, the ear pain had been temporary. I took 6 drops of Lugol’s iodine in water to disable bacteria or viruses in my stomach and release toxins from cells. Two doses of Frankincense oil (3 drops each) 10 minutes apart to deactivate viruses. (See experiment 91 in the Hulda Clark Syncrometer Laboratory Manual.)

After using a Hulda Clark zapper for 2 hours, 1 hour across my stomach (after which my bubbly stomach calmed down.) and 1 hour with the tens pads on my shoulders. The nausea, sinus and head pain (top front of head) stopped.(Zapping, is said to supercharge your immune system.) All of these methods had worked for me on viruses and food poisoning episodes before.

After zapping I took 3 Liposomal Vitamin C capsules and the Frankincense oil again. Before bed, I took 1/3 tsp of Bicarbonate of soda in a glass of water as I had heartburn. (When pathogens die acid increases.) All of the symptoms except the tiredness disappeared the same day and haven’t come back. Unusual tiredness symptoms were a few days before and a few days after (though lessened after). The Covid-19 symptoms disappeared. I had felt unusually weak (muscles) and sleepy. It had been as if my eyes were being forced to close.

Coronavirus Testing

Two Coronavirus tests are now available each week to everyone in the UK with or without symptoms. However, they weren’t at the time of this experience. Therefore, I was not clinically tested for the Coronavirus. However, I have had a method of testing for pathogens since 2015 so I used it. The Spooky2 Frequency Generator on scanning my body, showed Covid-19 in the strongest frequency found. (It probably wasn’t out of my system yet.) I zapped the frequencies found immediately. A couple of days later when I ran the Covid-19 Wuhan preset program, one of the frequencies caused extreme nausea again. I ran the Covid-19 frequency set and followed the same virus disabling routine again. It stopped the nausea. (Please note that there is nothing occult about this machine. The name ‘Spooky2’ is from a comment by Einstein about Quantum Entanglement. He knew it worked but didn’t know how, so he called it Spooky.)

In a scan a week later no Covid-19 frequencies appeared thankfully. I ran the Covid-19 Wuhan preset program again and this time NO nausea. So, it looks like it took a week to clear. (I trust this machine as it alerted me to HPV and cancer prior to Kings College hospital, London diagnosis in 2015.) For me, the worst of the Coronavirus/Covid-19 symptoms were gone within less than 24 hours of appearing.

Covid-19 Infection

Make of this what you will. I had never felt all of these symptoms at exactly the same moment before. I was just glad that these virus attacking methods made the symptoms disappear so quickly. Additionally, I believe it was in the air when I caught it as I wasn’t wearing a mask. I was at least 3 metres away from someone in a supermarket who was coughing continuously. (I left the area immediately and used anti-bac gel on my hands washing my hands on arriving home.) So the virus CAN linger in the air. I now know without a shadow of a doubt where I stand on the whole mask debate!

In the UK, antibody tests have become available to medical professionals but not yet at the request of the general public. Those who had the virus before testing became available are left in the dark as to whether they had Covid-19 or not. Scientists are assuming that many more people have had the virus in varying degrees of severity than have not been tested.

My Coronavirus Experience – Recovery

There was no need for additional medical help for me after infection, as it never escalated to breathing difficulties. As the symptoms were gone in a day, I didn’t report it. However, I isolated for two months after it was gone. (I’m not a risk taker and care about others.) Unusual, extreme tiredness preceded symptoms, so if you have been in contact with people outside your own household and you have this weird mind numbing tiredness symptom get tested if possible. The highest viral load is said to be 2 days before symptoms.

For me, I had Coronavirus symptom relief in 24 hours. A combined approach at the onset of severe symptoms worked for me.

I feel sure that what I did had synergistic and powerful effects on my symptoms. This protocol caused no side-effects in me. Additionally, I have an Oxygen Concentrator in the house.(Bought when I had cancer.) If breathing difficulties had started, I would have used it. I also have a fingertip pulse oximeter. I tested my oxygen levels a few days after the severe symptoms appeared. My oxygen levels were normal.

Lessons Learned From Covid-19

I have learned that I can’t always prevent infection. I can be prepared and have useful tools and nutritional supplements on hand that may just make a difference. See a recent clinical trial on Vitamin D. (My Vitamin D levels were high before the onset of Covid. I take it daily.) This Covid-19 experience caused me to improve my diet and do further research. A hospital in Spain has had good results using. Ozone. It seems that there may be more than one way to gain relief from the symptoms of Coronavirus and other health issues. Always evaluate the likely benefit against the likely risk of your decisions. In my case I evaluated the likely benefit of everything that I wanted to do against what would likely happen if I did nothing to kill this virus. For me it was a no brainer.

The purpose of sharing my experience is NOT to claim cures or make suggestions. Each one of us needs to do our own personal research and take responsibility for our own decisions. Common sense should always prevail. Our medical professionals are doing their best to save lives. When your life is at risk, enlist their help. I have NO medical training. Don’t Leave Good Health to Chance

We can no longer leave good health to chance. An understanding of how our bodies work in conjunction with possible solutions is important. Our first aid kit for viruses may need upgrading to be up for the challenge.

Viruses can cause many diseases and overwhelm our immune systems. Pathogens and toxins can combine. At times additional receptors are created causing the body to be more vulnerable to viruses. Drug treatments for auto immune diseases and cancer lower the immune system and make people more vulnerable to infections. ACE inhibitors are usually used for High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Strong drugs usually have strong side-effects. These drugs can increase ACE2 receptors. The eyes, nose and intestine have more of these receptors. So eyes, need protection too.

In order to get well after infection with the Coronavirus, support your immune system. New infections take hold in weak areas of your body that are damaged and/or full of toxins or additional pathogens. It takes good nutrition and more to eliminate infection. Nature has provided us with many substances that are antimicrobial and antiviral. Remember, doctors are humans and trained to dispense drugs and request further testing not explain the benefits of good nutrition. Their time is limited. They don’t always have the answers we are looking for.

Start with healthy chlorine free water. Drink sufficient water to keep your kidneys functioning well. Coconut water is useful for re-hydration and balancing electrolytes.

Eat healthy organic food, especially green vegetables like Kale, Broccoli and Spinach. Stay balanced. Aim to eat something green every day. Toxins can bind to green foods like chlorella to assist removal from the body. Use fresh herbs daily as they are full of anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Avoid sugar and junk food. (The immune system goes down for several hours after eating sugar.) Your immune system will thank you for avoiding processed sugar.

Eat foods rich in antioxidants and bioflavanoids. Berries are helpful whether fresh, freeze dried or frozen. Blueberries and raspberries can be added to smoothies, yogurt or organic oats. They are lower in sugar.

Avoid processed food oils (except for essential oils) as they may cause viruses to reproduce. (Use only natural unprocessed oils like organic extra virgin coconut oil or organic butter instead. Extra virgin organic olive oil if unheated.)

Feed White Blood Cells

Keep your gut healthy with Kefir, Sauerkraut, live yogurt, fresh vegetables or take pro-biotics. Feed your white blood cells so they can begin to respond to flu viruses immediately. (See foods below.) Minerals make up the killing-enzymes of lymphocytes. Extra minerals and vitamins are vital to support your immune system. (Chapter 8 “The Cure and Prevention of All Cancers by Hulda Clark.) Compare the symptoms of Covid-19 with the symptoms of lymphocytopenia.

You will likely need organic Germanium, Selenium and Vitamin C to help feed your white blood cells. These substances need to arrive in your body at the same time. Organic Brazil nuts supply the Germanium and Selenium. Alternatively, three teaspoons of no added sugar peanut butter a day contains enough Germanium and Selenium for the day. THREE – Raise Nutrients Levels

Our food may not contain enough of the nutrients our bodies need. So, add extra vitamins, minerals and amino acids (toxin free ones) to your first aid kit for viruses to keep your immune system strong. You are likely to recover from viruses more quickly if you actively work at staying healthy.

Micronutrients support our bodies defences when under attack by viruses. They have proven to be effective tools against viral infections. Support your body before, during and after a virus attack.

Naturopaths suggest that the following may help alleviate virus symptoms: Curcumin (turmeric), Green tea (EGCG), Astragalus and Elderberries The bioflavanoid Quercitin (found in the white pith under grapefruit skin), onions (highest in red onions) and apples also inhibits inflammation. Melatonin inhibits inflammation too. Curcumin, Mushrooms and Enzymes are also effective at controlling inflammation. Specific herbs have historically been used to clean lungs. The following three taken together may boost immunity: Echinacea, Pau D’arco and Hydrangea tea. Elderberries are high in vitamin A which is a growth regulator. (See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory Manual Experiment 68, 120 and page 126. for instructions.) Small amounts of Vitamin A can also be found in Cod Liver oil capsules. Remember though, Covid-19 is in a league of its own. It may take more than our usual Vitamin C and Echinacea to attack it as it arrives in your body.

FOUR – Increase Vitamins, Minerals & Amino Acids

Specific Supplements. When we are sick we have a greater need for all nutrients. However, certain nutrients are in larger demand than others. A professor at the Health Sciences University in Istanbul Confirms Vitamin C is effective against Coronavirus.

Larger doses of Liposomal Vitamin C may help your immune system resolve and digest opportunistic invaders. Learn more about Vitamin C and infections. Vitamin C may shorten the length of infection in Pneumonia. Liposomal Vitamin C is fat soluble and can support your immune system when taken in larger amounts. Doctors in China say they have used Intravenous Vitamin C to support the immune system of severely ill patients. (10 x 1,0000mg capsules of Liposomal Vitamin C is roughly equal to an intravenous dose of Vitamin C.)

D3 and B Complex

It is widely accepted that Vitamin D3 is an essential addition to our first aid kit for viruses. Our bodies require a regular intake of vitamins. Many of us are deficient in Vitamin D3. (Two high dose cod liver oil tablets a day usually contain sufficient Vitamin D3 to avoid the need to take separate D3 tablets. However, K2 is needed too. D3 is particularly essential if we are stuck indoors. D3 should be sufficient but not in excess. A Vitamin D clinical trial that took place in Spain is an eye opener.

When stressed, take B Complex as B vitamins are used up quickly when we are stressed. B Complex includes Thiamine. These are needed for brain signal transmission and gut health. Vitamin C is also depleted when stressed.

Minerals and Amino Acids

Minerals are at the core of many processes in the body. Covid-19 and other Pneumonia viruses attack the lungs and over produce inflammation. When cells die, inflammation increases. Bacteria can be involved in lung infections too due to cells dying. (See option 9) Minerals are needed for many processes in the Krebs cycle.

Zinc.(Zinc can remedy loss of taste and supports immunity.) Selenium and Magnesium are helpful too. Organic Brazil nuts are high in Selenium and the amino acid Methionine. Tackling inflammation requires special additions to our first aid kit for viruses. It has been found through autopsies, that deaths from the Coronavirus are mostly due to a build up of mucous blocking the airways and lowering oxygen levels. Bacteria causes the breakdown of tissue which can cause severe inflammation. Kill the bacteria involved in tissue breakdown with a Zapper. Increase L-Glutathione or N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine as they have special immune boosting properties. Foods containing L-Glutathione include: asparagus, avocado, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, garlic, chives, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds, and walnuts. The sulphur in whey protein such as cottage cheese may also be helpful.

FIVE – Essential Oils and Iodine

If infected, food grade Frankincense oil (Boswelia) may help you recover from viruses. Three drops on the tongue then again 10 minutes later. Do this again if you feel the symptoms returning. When the symptoms have gone, you can stop this routine. The first dose causes the viruses to emerge from your cells and enter the blood stream. The second dose attacks viruses in your blood stream. Myrrh oil, Thyme oil and Oregano oil are also effective against viruses too. (See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory Manual, Experiment 91.) Ensure you buy from a food safe source.

Black Seed oil may reduce the viral load too. One such example is this clinical study of Black Seed Oil in relation to Covid-19. This Science Direct web page demonstrates its uses in chart form. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food (Hippocrates).

If you don’t have an allergy to iodine, it can be useful. Six drops of Nascent or Lugol’s iodine diluted in water and drunk have been said to destroy pathogens such as eColi causing stomach distress in the gut. (See also option nine.) It is able to stop diarrhoea very quickly as does the Hulda Clark Zapper. Your first aid kit for viruses is almost complete.

SIX – Use Gadgets that Support Good Health

SoundFrequency Generator. Learn more about Music Medicine. Use a Frequency Generator to search for the viruses in you. A researcher pinpointed the frequency of the Coronavirus by frequency testing someone who had the virus coming off a ship in America. She found it to be 158.4. Vibrate it to debilitate it. When I had Covid-19 in the UK, in March 2020, my biofeedback scan found 158.7. No doubt mutations have slight variants of the same frequency. However, other frequencies need to be included as well for this to work. They are included in the Spooky2 software as a complete program for their Rife Frequency Generator. The Covid-19 program takes 87 minutes to run.

If you are having problems with Long Covid you will find this article extremely helpful, especially if you have a frequency generator. My guess is (if we are allowed to guess) viruses can retreat into the cells and cause fatigue.

How do we Evaluate Anecdotal Evidence?

We use many of our senses to evaluate truth. Eventually, still sometimes we will get it totally wrong. We learn from our mistakes, hopefully. That is where letting the facts speak for themselves can get us out of a jam. Although, sometimes if we are not 100% certain but the protocol is 90% certain to do no harm, the risk becomes acceptable. We do this on a regular basis with food. We make choices as to whether to eat that apple or not. (It’s not organic but will I have an allergy to the pesticides it may contain?)

Governments are continually searching for the facts about Covid. They need to evaluate new strains and their effect on the human body. What is true today may not be 100% true tomorrow due to additional research.

Therefore, reserve your judgement on Rife frequency generators until you have researched them, looked at their history, read reviews, spoken to people that have used them or you have tried them yourself. Even patients in clinical trials ‘anecdotally’ report their symptoms at times. The Kings app asks questions of users and collects data on the effects of Covid. Evaluations are made according to responses. It is essential to keep an open mind to be able to logically evaluate facts. After all, if sound can extinguish fire, why wouldn’t sound work to kill viruses?

SEVEN – Colloidal Silver as a Preventative

Colloidal silver taken daily can make it harder for viruses to take hold. You could make your own. (It disables the chemical lung of a virus). Use it as a preventative. My home made Colloidal silver recently eliminated conjunctivitis in my eye. However, there is no evidence yet that this works on the Coronavirus specifically. Some masks now contain silver.

EIGHT – Oxygen and Ozone Generators

Plants give out oxygen at night. So they may be useful in the bedroom at night if you have difficulty breathing. (Get medical help if you have trouble breathing.)

Oxygen in the form of ozonated water or ozonated olive oil may disable viruses and relieve extreme tiredness. (German ambulances are equipped with ozone generators and are used for stroke patients. Ozone generators are being used in Italy to sterilise ambulances.) When oxygen levels drop, pathogens proliferate. Shallow breathing causes oxygen levels to drop at night. Could it be the reason why inflammation seems to get worse during the night?

Ozone Therapy is currently having success in Spain and other hospitals around the world. However, this is a highly specialised treatment so don’t try to replicate it at home. Walking will also help you absorb more oxygen. There are new gadgets to sterilise the air in a room which uses this technology. They also contain Hepa filters.

Home Use of Ozone

An 8oz glass of ozonated water drunk immediately after ozonating, helps raise oxygen levels. Whilst it reverts back to Oxygen from O3 it detoxifies toxins and pathogens. However, it lowers vitamin E stores in the body. Several hours after drinking ozonated water, take extra vitamin E. I use ozonated water to alleviate nausea, mild headaches, burns and foot infections. If I have a virus, I ozonate olive oil and refrigerate it. I follow instructions for its use in The Syncrometer Laboratory Manual.

The good ozone can do (when used properly), outweighs this fixable side effect. However, due to potent effects don’t overdo the use of this machine. For more information see Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory Manual. You can buy an ozone generator on eBay or Amazon. Running an ozone generator in a room can help sterilise the air. (With a standard ozone generator, stay out of the room though whilst ozonating the air.)

Ozonated water relieves nausea remarkably well as it helps detoxify toxins whilst the ozone reverts to oxygen. (Nausea is usually due to your kidneys not keeping up with flushing out toxins or pathogens such as viruses/bacteria.)

Learn about the other uses in the gadgets blog. Use a pulse oxymeter to check your oxygen levels(Oxygen levels should not drop below 88%.) Remember though this won’t necessarily reflect the oxygen inside your cells. You could feel like you can’t breathe and oxygen levels still be 95% If your oxygen levels drop, contact your health provider to get early help.

If your lungs are not good, owning an Oxygen Concentrator is worth having on standby. It concentrates oxygen from the air to deliver it. Some have upper respiratory tract symptoms soon after the onset of the Coronavirus. Whilst others first symptoms of Covid-19 may include diarrhoea.

NINE – Use a Zapper to Fight Infections

A Hulda Clark Zapper with a 9 volt battery and square wave sound frequencies can disable parasites, bacteria, viruses and mould in the body. The zapper can help your immune system fight infection. Viruses which affect the lungs may leave you with a bacterial infection due to cell death. Raise your chances of recovery from viruses and bacterial infections safely by zapping them. (“Zapping” is a term used to describe the application of an electrical voltage (9 volt battery) to the body with the purpose of disabling certain invading organisms.) See page 77 of Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer laboratory manual. Remember to take pro-biotics after using a zapper as a zapper kills all bacteria (when used regularly) including good gut bacteria. A dodgy stomach usually means the bad bacteria outnumber the good.

There is no learning curve with the use of this inexpensive machine. Just insert a fully charged 9 volt battery, attach the tens pads to your body, switch it on and leave it there for at least 1hr 15mins. After 20 years of use, I still use mine regularly for pain and infection control. There are many manufacturers that use the designer’s original circuit diagram to build them. How to build a zapper was shared by Dr. Hulda Clark in her book ‘The Cure for all Diseases’.

TEN – Light Helps Fight Pathogens and Boosts Immunity

VUV light can help eliminate viruses and bacteria on your skin and other surfaces. (Natural sunlight contains UV which can kill viruses on surfaces exposed to the sun.) Sad lamps/full spectrum lights are also helpful for removing viruses if you are very close to them. They may also help with anaemia by helping the iron you DO have become usable by your body. Used regularly, a full spectrum light is said to help lower ferritin levels if they are too high. (See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Science Laboratory Manual Experiment 109.)

The intranasal light (called cold laser twin) that comes with the Spooky2 frequency generator may help clean your blood through application to the blood vessels in your sinuses. Research the Vie light 655 and watch before and after videos using dark field microscopy. The Spooky2 cold laser twin is a more affordable version of this light. It needs their frequency generator to run it.

Covid-19 has been found by Kings College Hospital, London to be making the blood of Coronavirus patients thick and sticky. This causes thrombosis and blood clots in the lungs. So, a sick person has blood cells that clump together. It is called Rouleaux. Intransal lights makes your blood less sticky allowing your white blood cells room to move and clear pathogens. Be extra cautious though if you are on blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin as intranasal light therapy can thin the blood.

Our immune system uses a fever to remove pathogens. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus is harder to destroy with heat than one would imagine.

Flu Kit – Prevent & Recover from Viruses

In the basic flu kit, Frankincense oil can disable viruses, Liposomal Vitamin C raises your immune system. Use enzymes (low cost option) and curcumin if inflammation gets out of hand. Include L-Glutathione, D3, K2, Magnesium, Selenium and zinc (to lock the virus out of your cells. ) Organic Blackseed oil (made from nigella seeds) for cellular protection may be worth a try too. Both the zapper and ozone generator can be useful too.

The Hulda Clark Zapper 30khz with tens pads can disable viruses electronically by vibrating them to death. Use it for at least two hours twice a day if infected. (The Cure for all Diseases by Hulda Clark) The Spooky2 Rife machines help you to search for pathogens in your body. Find the exact frequencies and zap them. Viruses can replicate in you rapidly. Nip them in the bud by attacking them with the flu kit and the zapper when the first symptoms arise.

Destroying pathogens tends to increase acid levels in the body. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of water can neutralise excess acid if you have heartburn. Only take if needed though (at least 30 minutes after food). When your vigilance becomes routine, it won’t feel like you are going over the top. You are just protecting your immune system. As we age stomach acid decreases so lemon juice in water with meals can aid our digestive system (if low stomach acid is your issue.)

Kidney Health

If you need to normalise blood pressure and unblock kidneys in a hurry and have a blood pressure monitor, the following natural alternatives may prove helpful. Take your blood pressure reading before and after this combo. (Dr Hulda Clark’s advice.)

Before Meal: 1 magnesium capsule. With meal Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, folic acid, 2 ginger capsules and 2 Uva Ursi Capsules. You should only need to do this once. If unsure, check that this is OK with your doctor. If this doesn’t do the trick, try the herbal kidney cleanse mentioned in ‘The Cure for All Diseases‘ by Dr. Hulda Clark. (This cleanse recently normalised/lowered my high blood pressure in one to three weeks.) If the issue continues consult your doctor. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Radio frequencies have been used to lower blood pressure so the zapper and/or herbal kidney cleanse may help. Remember to drink a glass of water before and after zapping.

Sleep and Exercise

Sleep is vital for your immune system too. During sleep your body makes proteins that boost your immune system and fight infection. Lack of sleep makes you more susceptible to infections. Exercise helps you absorb more oxygen which is also a healer. If you can’t get out, exercise at home. One option is to open a window, play music and dance. Be balanced though, don’t overdo anything. Extremes are rarely helpful.


Obviously, there are no guarantees here. What works for one person may not work for another. Our body terrain is different and Covid-19 is virulent. It has been called a beast by those taking care of Coronavirus patients. People with lung damage due to smoking or other lung conditions may find it harder to recover. However, a Herbalist may be able to help you clean your lungs. Covid-19 seems to lower reserves of L-Glutathione and Quercitin so taking these two is said to be protective. Avoid and remove toxins to protect your cells. (Read the labels of body products, cleaning materials and food.) Find safer options.

Prevention is always better than infection. Work out suitable coping strategies in advance in case of emergencies and be prepared. Keep a list of your current health conditions and medication in case you have to go to hospital. Collect together a first aid kit for viruses. It may save you a great deal of suffering. Research the content of vaccines before making an informed decision. Look for cytotoxic ingredients that may cause difficulties in the elderly or frail. If you decide to take the vaccine, remember that supplements such as the following can support your body whilst it removes harmful chemicals: Vitamin B2, Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Glutathione and Vitamin C.

Choosing to switch to an organic diet means that you wish to avoid pesticides, hormones and antibiotics because you want to improve your health. Additionally, you want better skin that is healthier. To keep motivated, aim to understand why an organic diet is good for you.

Choosing an organic diet means that you recognise that outside influences such as the food that you eat, can have a negative impact on your health. If you care about bad skin and internal health too, you will want to make any changes that it’s possible to make, before any further damage is done. Some are unsure as to whether to trust the organic label. If you are unsure, check out how your country verifies that the organic labels deserve their organic status. Organic, Vegetarian or Vegan diet, the choice is yours. At the very least, buy organic root vegetables.

Distilled Water

You will also need to consider the water that you drink. Some are in the habit of buying bottled water. Investigate distilled water as an alternative to bottled water or jug filters. Distilled water has a cleansing effect. However, you will benefit from taking a range of minerals too to keep your bones strong and trigger necessary processes in the body.. Organic Diet – Is it Affordable?

Many people worry about the extra cost. If you plan well and avoid what is bad for you, it’s highly likely that the money side of an organic diet won’t be a problem. You may have seen that organic vegetables cost more and promptly change your mind about whether an organic diet is affordable. Check out below how to make the switch without it costing the earth. Organic meals often contain more nutrients so you won’t be as hungry. Eating a healthy diet, means that your body has the vitamins, minerals and amino acids that it needs to trigger a healthy immune system. As a bonus, sugar cravings also disappear. So when you don’t buy junk food, you won’t need so many supplements or skin creams either. Your skin becomes naturally healthy. It’s a win win situation.

Is it Possible to Eat an Only Organic Diet?

Yes, it’s possible to eat an only organic diet but it also depends upon the organic foods available to you locally and how far you are willing to travel to obtain healthier produce. It also depends on how much thinking you are willing to put in to pursue better health. What are you willing to give up? Also, how inventive are you? Can you make tasty meals from organic ingredients? Learning more about herbs and spices helps a great deal.

Is it worth it?  When we are young, our liver can deal with and clean up issues more easily as we have more enzymes and stomach acid in our youth. Additionally, our organs haven’t become as clogged with pathogens, toxins and inflammation. If we are sick or older, our body needs the benefits from making a positive switch to healthy organic meals. It takes powerful enzymes and a strong immune system to reduce past damage such as a clogged liver and furred up arteries.

Realistically though, as long as we are switching to mostly healthy organic ingredients, we will have a chance of making a difference to our skin and health. Additionally, a pure source of water is needed that is affordable on a day to day basis. Buy a water distiller to fill this need.

Source Organic Diet Ingredients

  • First take a walk around your local supermarket and write down what you can obtain that is labelled organic and its price. Look for organic fresh or dried herbs and spices too. (You may be able to obtain dried herbs/spices in your local health food store.) Less packaging means less plastic chemicals for your body to get rid of.
  • There may be other foods too that are not labelled organic but aren’t labelled as having additives. Use these if needed.
  • Don’t worry yet whether you know how to use all the available ingredients. Remember this is a reconnaissance mission. Purchasing and recipes come later.

If you have sourced sufficient organic diet ingredients you may need to look no further.

If your supermarket has few supplies of organic ingredients, you may need to look further afield (perhaps in your next town). Grow your own vegetables and herbs. (Buy organic seeds if possible.) Perhaps a window box in your kitchen or a planter just outside your home. (The image is my herb planter.) Oregano or Basil rounds out Italian meals. Chives works well in omelettes or with cheese. Thyme is great with chicken or in stews or bean burgers. Parsley adds flavour and minerals to everything; especially soups such as celery soup or leek and potato soup. It lifts Mexican foods too. Coriander adds extra cleansing nutrients for curries or carrot and coriander soup. The possibilities are endless.

Next, go online and check out organic meat and vegetable suppliers that are local to you. Look for dried or otherwise packaged organic foods that are available on websites such as Amazon. You may also find ethnic food websites that have what you need. (Interestingly Indian foods such as spices are often devoid of additives.) These items can supplement or enhance your meals. Also, ask, “Do any organic vegetable suppliers deliver?”

Now you have a list of possible ingredients, you can start thinking about flavour combinations. Consider yours and your family’s likes and dislikes and plan and adapt meals around flavours you are most likely to enjoy.

Changing to an organic diet can be challenging but the benefits can be life changing.

A good skin diet includes the vital nutrients that skin needs to stay supple and hydrated. It’s important to be aware that three types of proteins are essential for healthy skin. Feed your skin with nutritious foods and supplements and your skin will stay healthy.

So, what should we eat to keep our skin healthy? We need a range of proteins which contain amino acids as well as vitamins, minerals and toxin free foods.

Good Skin Diet – Proteins

The three main types of protein needed in a good skin diet should include: Elastin, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid. These can become depleted as we get older. This is especially so if we are not eating a varied diet. For healthy skin, a full range of nutrients is needed. (Preferably in an organic form that your body does not have to detoxify first.) Our bodies need vitamin C to make Collagen. Collagen contains amino acids. So, a good skin diet includes a range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E feeds and nourishes skin and muscle. It can be found in avocados, sunflower seeds, almonds, spinach and beets. All of these are great ingredients to use in salads. Try making salads with legumes like green lentils or chick peas. For the veg: organic spinach, grated beets and carrots. Make a salad dressing with avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil. Serve the salad with avocados and roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with paprika. Add sweet chilli chicken or grated organic cheese and you have a delicious nutritious salad.

Liposomal Vitamin C

Liposomal Vitamin C is essential due to the fact that we need it to make collagen. Stress lowers Vitamin C. Therefore, we can use it up as soon as it appears in our body. It needs constant replenishment.


Collagen is vital because it contains the exact substance you need to repair your skin. Additionally, it contains amino acids (also needed for skin repair). Vitamin C, proteins and amino acids help repair skin. Bone broth protein powder comes in different flavours. I love the vanilla one. It makes a great base for a breakfast, power shake. Add seeds, brazil nuts and blueberries or raspberries as well as cottage cheese for the protein. For Omega 3, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. For memory, MCT oil. Blend thoroughly and drink.


CoQ10 helps your body to absorb more oxygen whilst muscles and the heart benefit greatly from CoQ10 due to it becoming depleted as we age.

Selenium and zinc

Antioxidants help clear infections from the skin. Selenium is found in Brazil Nuts and Coconut. Zinc is found in meat, legumes, nuts, seeds, eggs, whole grains and dairy.

Omega 3

A reliable source of Omega 3 is found in oily fish, Cod liver oil and organic extra virgin olive oil (which is perfect for skin). Additionally, vitamins A and D are also contained in Cod liver oil so these are added benefits to your skin.

A good skin diet with a full range of nutrients in sufficient amounts, gives your skin the ability to repair damage. Taking in the right nutrients prompts chemical reactions in the body as the immune system kicks into clean-up mode. That’s why a healthy diet is a good place to start. Add supplements next to fill in the gaps in your daily food intake.

Fermented Foods

By ensuring that your gut microbiome is in a healthy state, you will be able to absorb the nutrients that you take in. Improve your gut health by taking: Sauerkraut juice, Bio yogurt, Kefir, or Kimchi (add to savoury dishes).

Glutathione and Enzymes

Next, help your liver detoxify its contents (including metals) by taking Milk thistle Glutathione or N-Acetyl-Cysteine. (Yes, metals can be absorbed through the skin as anyone with a nickel allergy will tell you.)

Enzymes can help clean up the plaque in arteries. Be careful though with these if you are on blood thinners.

Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates, as they will damage the repair process. Inevitably, our immune system goes down temporarily when we eat sugar. Dr. Hulda Clark suggested that when we have sugar free peanut butter, brazil nuts and organic raisins at the same time it triggers an immune boost. Include these as part of your good skin diet. You could use these to make snack bars.

Zapper and Accessories

Buying Hulda Clark’s ‘The Cure for all Diseases’ over twenty years ago, sent me down the road of DIY health care. The benefits of health gadgets followed. If I can’t fix something, I see a doctor for an expert opinion. Following tests and/or a diagnosis, I then go home to look it up in my Frequency Generator software and treat it that way. How I use Health and Skin Care Gadgets


Over twenty years ago the zapper got rid of my migraines, IBS, Spondylitis, and Arthritis in my hands. It has eliminated the symptoms of food poisoning, warts, toothache and much more. I later came to view the zapper as a skin care gadget as it cleared infections in my skin. The zapper is at its most effective if the batteries are fully charged. (At least 9 volts.) You can usually zap for about 2 hours with a fully charged battery. Zap for one hour and fifteen minutes. I took it on a plane in my hand luggage without any customs issues. (London to Toronto)

How to Use the Zapper

Place a 9 volt battery in the Zapper. It should be 9 volts or over. After 2 hours use it tends to drop below 9 volts and is no longer as effective. Hence, rechargeable batteries are a good idea.

If the problem is on your neck or face, place a tens pad on each shoulder and zap for at least one hour fifteen minutes. Never place the zapper tens pads directly on your neck or face. Alternatively, place a tens pad on each wrist, you can then with a finger from each hand, place the finger either side of the issue on your face. (I have managed to get rid of toothache with this method.) Do this for no longer than three minutes at a small location. If you have an issue in another part of your body, place a tens pad either side of the issue such as pain and zap for at least one hour fifteen minutes. Pain is usually caused by bacteria. The zapper helps eliminate parasites, bacteria, viruses and moulds. However, it may take regular use to make a difference. (It took 6 months of regular use to rid me of migraines.) Remember to take Pro-biotics after zapping.

Ozone Generator

The ozone generator has helped with mild headaches and nausea. It creates ozonated olive oil which has helped eliminate the effects of viruses in me. (Along with Frankincense oil.) Ozonated olive oil works to soothe itching and skin conditions. Ozonating water in a foot bath can rid you of foot infections. I discovered that if I place my hand in cold ozonated water immediately after a burn, no scar develops. It comes with two ozonating stones, one for water and the other for oil. Occasionally, I use it to neutralise odours in the house. It can also be used to sterilise fresh fruit and vegetables.

For infections in the lower legs, drop the ozone generator stone into a bucket of warm water and start the machine. It will bubble ozone into the water. As the ozone turns to oxygen it kills infections and detoxifies harmful substances. The extra oxygen has an amazing healing affect. Do this once a day until the issue has healed.

Colloidal Silver Maker

The colloidal silver maker has recently got rid of conjunctivitis in my eye. Just drop 2 silver rods into distilled water, run the maker for 30 minutes, then you are ready to go. It can disable viruses and makes a great mouthwash. (Your mouth feels squeaky clean. Teeth feel dry.) Spray it on moulds too and the mould goes away. Colloidal silver water can be taken to prevent viruses from taking hold. (It disables the chemical lung of the virus.) You can get the maker as an attachment to the frequency generator (Spooky2).

Frequency Generator (Spooky2)

The frequency generator lets me scan my body for infections and health conditions. It kills the infections and helps gently heal my health issues.

I recently had a flare up of severe joint pain. I then remembered that this used to be a constant feature of my health, especially at night. I took a large dose of Vitamin C, scanned and zapped and those old symptoms disappeared again within 24 hours. Relief from pain is a bonus. Spooky2 has a massive database of health conditions. For those who are concerned about the Wuhan Corona virus, the frequency of this virus has been isolated and is now in the free Spooky2 software along with the most effective settings for attacking it. With one of the Frequency Generators sold by this company you can additionally, if infected with the COVID-19, take a fluid sample from your body and put it into the Sample Digitizer to scan for the exact frequency of the virus in you. You can then zap it.

The supplements I have referenced on this website are the ones that I have found personally to be the most effective. (I have actually noticed a difference.)

When I felt a cold virus coming on recently, I zapped for 5 hours, took five Liposomal Vitamin C, zinc, three drops of Frankincense oil (twice) and a dssertspoonful of ozonated olive oil. I probably over did it but by the end of the day the virus symptoms were gone and didn’t return.

How do Frequency Generators Work?

Rife frequency generators produce sound waves in different forms such as a sine wave or square wave. The sound produced can vibrate at different rates. Everything has a resonant frequency. Researchers have found the frequencies of hundreds of pathogens and listed their frequencies. Projecting an identical frequency back at a pathogen can damage it beyond repair. Your immune system then removes it. Sound frequencies are able to dissolve the protein coating that viruses use to cloak themselves from your immune system. (Just like an opera singer can smash a glass using their voice.) With the coating gone, your immune system has more chance at finding the pathogen and destroy it.

An easy to use Rife Frequency Generator is the Spooky2 Rife machine The Company has listed the DNA frequency of COVID-19 and hundreds of other pathogens in the free software. You will need a desktop or laptop computer to run the software. (The name of this machine was chosen due to a comment by Einstein relating to Quantum Entanglement. He called it Spooky because he knew it worked but didn’t understand how.) If you are able to, you would find it eminently helpful to add a Frequency Generator to your first aid kit for viruses.

Frequency Generator – Remote Use

The amazing thing about Spooky2 is that a DNA sample of a person (finger nail clipping) sealed in paper and placed in the remote, can send frequencies remotely to a person to detox or disable pathogens. The person doesn’t have to be attached to the machine. It is possible to run the frequencies on several people at the same time (if you have their DNA samples). The remote uses ‘Quantum Entanglement‘. It’s rather like how a radio can receive radio frequencies through the air, only this time the person is the receiver.

The frequency generator routes the frequencies through their DNA which is in the remote to wherever they are. (Yes, wherever they are. So technically, with a sample of DNA, you can send helpful frequencies remotely to the owner of the DNA. It’s worth a try.) Does it generically work on other health issues? It does. I use this remote gadget regularly. (Don’t knock the concept until you have tried it.) Does it work on the Coronavirus? No-one knows as it hasn’t been tested on this virus yet. A first aid kit for viruses that includes this becomes more than a luxury when you use it on a regular basis.

Jewellery Cleaner

The jewellery cleaner sterilises toothbrushes and can kill pathogens in food as it is ultrasonic. (You can treat your meat or veg before cooking it.) Sterilise make-up too. I have even used it to make Liposomal vitamin C (and clean jewellery). If you are concerned about bacteria in any skin care product give it an ultrasonic clean before use.

The Miramate flash can also be used on household mould. Watch the manufacturers video for details. A similar treatment using light is being used on Vitiligo. Might be worth trying this alternative.

My one is attached to the Spooky2 Frequency Generator and runs on a specific program. It shines a light up each nostril and cleans up your blood. (There are lots of blood vessels either side of the nose.) This in turn allows your white blood cells room to zoom around cleaning up infections. I run this once a day for the sake of my immune system. Clean blood means cleaner skin. Check this video for before and after pictures of how it affects your blood. My first intranasal light was a Vielight (before I bought my frequency generator). I gave it away to a family member who found it helped with blocked sinuses and migraines. The one attached to my frequency generator does the same job. (A word of caution though with this one. It can thin the blood, so if you are on aspirin tread carefully.)

Personally, I have had no side effects from any of the gadgets. (I take Vitamin E a few hours after drinking ozonated water as it can deplete vitamin E stores in your body.) I wouldn’t be without my gadgets.

Do research. Change what can be changed. If it can’t be changed, such as old age and you’ve given better skin and better health your best shot, accept yourself for who you are. Ask for and accept help when needed. Do your best to stay as healthy as possible. Find a reason to smile each day and leave the rest to God.
