Here are 10 ways to prevent and recover from viruses like the Coronavirus Covid-19. Collect together virus killing gadgets and supplements to help you recover. This blog is for proactive people who ask, “How can I kill viruses?” Contrary to popular thinking, there is much you can do to prevent and recover from viruses. As yet, no single cure for Covid-19 has been found. However, if you combine approaches to support your immune system to facilitate a resolution, your chance of success will increase. Viruses can and do cause skin issues too. Eg. Herpes, HPV, Chicken Pox, Measles etc. Therefore, the options to prevent and recover from viruses on this page can be very helpful to fix bad skin too. Viruses can cause many diseases and overwhelm your immune system.

Prevent and Recover from Viruses – How?

  • First, try to improve immunity before possible infection. Pathogens take hold in weak areas of your body that are damaged and/or full of toxins. Try to resolve problems with lungs, kidneys, auto immune conditions and anaemia. Drink plenty of water to keep your kidneys functioning well. Eat healthy organic food, especially green vegetables. Avoid sugar and junk food too. Your immune system will thank you for it. Eat foods rich in antioxidants Berries, fresh, freeze dried or frozen eg. blueberries and raspberries have useful antioxidants and can be added to smoothies, yogurt or organic oats. Coconut water is useful for re-hydration and balancing electrolytes. Avoid food oils as they can cause viruses to reproduce. Reduce Inflammation with Enzymes, Cod liver oil, Rose hips and Liposomal Vitamin C. Keep your gut healthy with Kefir, Sauerkraut, live yogurt or take pro-biotics. Feed your white blood cells so they can begin to kill flu viruses immediately. Minerals make up the killing-enzymes of lymphocytes. (Chapter 8 “The Cure and Prevention of All Cancers by Hulda Clark.) You will need organic Germanium, Selenium and Vitamin C for that job. They need to arrive in your body at the same time. Organic Brazil nuts supply the Germanium and Selenium. Alternatively, three teaspoons of peanut butter a day contains enough Germanium and Selenium for the day. Organic currants (1 tsp 3 x daily) contain Rutin and Hesperidin providing organic Vitamin C which makes synthetic Vitamin C more effective.   • Second, in the event of outbreaks like the Coronavirus Covid-19, follow WHO and government guidelines to avoid contact with others who could have been infected. Viruses spread mainly through droplets expelled when sneezing, coughing, talking and touching. So, eyes, nose, mouth and hands are at risk. (ATM machines, doorbells, supermarket trolleys, petrol pumps, metal door handles or hand rails that have been recently touched can pass it on.) You will need to keep at least 2 metres away from other people who may have a virus. Droplets containing the virus could still be in the air you are walking through. Hence, the whole mask debate. Medical professionals are setting the right example. Sterilise surfaces that could have been touched by infected persons. Viruses reproduce rapidly in the body, so try to kill them within 4 days of becoming infected, before it leaves your upper respiratory tract and replicates in your body. If you know what your normal pulse rate is, you will be able to see if it rises dramatically. Invest in a thermometer to measure your temperature. Immediately, after contact with anyone outside your household, upgrade your virus killing routine straight away as it may be four days before infection symptoms appear. Wash your hands more regularly and more thoroughly. Paper money can spread viruses too. Wash your hands with soap after handling it. Sterilise surfaces regularly and wash bedding and clothes regularly too. When you kill the virus on a surface with antibacterial spray or soap allow it to dry for 4 minutes.
  • Third, take extra vitamins, minerals and amino acids (toxin free ones) to give your body the full range of nutrients it needs to keep your immune system strong. Use fresh herbs daily, they are full of anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties as is garlic. You will recover from viruses more quickly if you actively work at staying healthy. Try: Quassia tea, Homeopathic Oscillococcinum, Aloe herb, Green tea, Elderberries, Elderberry Juice, olive leaf and Eucalyptus tea can protect against viruses and ease symptoms. These three taken together can boost immunity: Echinacea, Pau D’arco and Hydrangea tea. Elderberries are high in vitamin A which is a growth regulator. As a research scientist, Dr Hulda Clark (who was a biochemist and research scientist) was able to test what was effective against viruses and what wasn’t.
  • Fourth, Specific Supplements. Take larger doses of Liposomal Vitamin C and Enzymes to help your immune system resolve and digest opportunistic invaders. Vitamin C can shorten the length of infection in Pneumonia. Liposomal Vitamin C is fat soluble and can support your immune system when taken in larger amounts. Doctors in China say they have used Intravenous Vitamin C to support effectively the immune system of some patients. (10 x 1,0000mg capsules of Liposomal Vitamin C is roughly equal to an intravenous dose of Vitamin C.) Take Zinc, (Zinc can remedy loss of taste and supports immunity.) B Complex and Vitamin D3 too. Some viruses attack the lungs and over produce inflammation. Bacteria can be involved in lung infections too. (See option 9) The right Enzymes in sufficient amounts can help regulate the inflammation. It has been found through autopsies that deaths from the Coronavirus are due to a build up of mucous blocking the airways and lowering oxygen levels. Glutathione and N-Acetyl-Cysteine have specific immune boosting properties. Quercitin inhibits inflammation.(Foods containing Glutathione: asparagus, avocado, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, garlic, chives, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds, and walnuts.) Vitamin B2 can detoxify Benzene which can damage the immune system. B3 (Niacinamide) can help support the use of enzymes (Learn more about B3 before using it.) Turmeric and Omega 3s are also anti-inflammatories. Avoid radioactivity too as it can lower your immune system.
  • Fifth, if infected, food grade Frankincense oil can help you recover from viruses. (3 drops on the tongue then again 10 minutes later.) Do this again if you feel the symptoms returning. When the symptoms have gone you can stop this routine. The first dose causes the viruses to emerge from your cells and enter the blood stream. The second dose kills what is in your blood. If you use a zapper just before the second dose (the zapper kills germs in the pathways in your body such as the blood stream) you will kill off more of what is in your blood. Myrrh oil is also effective against viruses. (See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory Manual, Experiment 91.) Six drops of Nascent or Lugol’s iodine diluted in water can kill eColi or help deal with stomach distress by killing pathogens in the gut. (See also option nine.)
  • Sixth, Sound. Learn more about Music Medicine. Use a Frequency Generator to search for the viruses in you. The Spooky2 Generator X allows you to test a saliva sample for the exact frequencies of pathogens found in you. You can then vibrate them to debilitate them. Sound frequencies can dissolve the protein coating that viruses use to cloak themselves from your immune system. You will need a desktop or laptop computer to run the software.
  • Seventh, Colloidal silver taken daily makes it harder for viruses to take hold. You can make your own. (It disables the chemical lung of the virus). Buy a Colloidal silver generator or buy silver rods with your Frequency Generator. It is best used as a preventative.
  • Eighth, oxygen in the form of ozonated water or ozonated olive oil can disable viruses and relieve extreme tiredness. When oxygen levels drop, pathogens proliferate. Shallow breathing causes oxygen levels to drop at night. An 8oz glass of ozonated water should help raise oxygen levels but lowers vitamin E stores in the body. Several hours after drinking ozonated water take extra vitamin E. For more information see Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Laboratory Manual. You can buy an ozone generator on eBay or Amazon. Running an ozone generator in a room can help sterilise the air. (Stay out of the room whilst ozonating the air.) It can be used to sterilise items such as money or your hands. Learn about the other uses in the gadgets blog. Use a pulse oxymeter to check your oxygen levels(Oxygen levels should not drop below 88%.) Remember though this won’t necessarily reflect the oxygen inside your cells. If your lungs are not good, owning an Oxygen Concentrator is worth having on standby. It concentrates oxygen from the air to deliver it. Ozonated water relieves nausea remarkably well as it helps your body detoxify whilst the ozone reverts to oxygen. Nausea is often due to a build up of toxins.
  • Ninth, Electricity a Hulda Clark Zapper with a 9 volt battery and square wave sound frequencies can disable parasites, bacteria, viruses and mould in the body. The zapper can help you fight infection. Viruses which affect the lungs can leave you with a bacterial infection. Recover from viruses safely and bacterial infections too by zapping them. (“Zapping” is a term used to describe the application of an electrical voltage to the body with the purpose of disabling certain invading organisms.) See page 77 of Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer laboratory manual. A zapper can help reduce the viral load. Place the tens pads of the zapper on your shoulders to tackle infections of the upper respiratory tract or on the body either side of the organ in distress such as lungs or stomach. Switch on and leave in place for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes to disable pathogens. Replace the battery with a new 9 volt battery every two hours. To have an effect on the whole body, place the tens pads on the wrists. The zapper can work remarkably fast for infections like EColi that can cause nausea and diarrhoea. Place the tens pads either side of the stomach for fast relief.
  • Tenth, Light VUV light can help eliminate viruses and bacteria on your skin and other surfaces. (Natural sunlight contains UV which can kill some viruses.) Sad lamps/full spectrum lights are also helpful for killing viruses if you are very close to them. (See Hulda Clark’s Syncrometer Science Laboratory Manual Experiment 109.) The intranasal light (called cold laser twin) that comes with the Spooky2 frequency generator can help clean your blood through application to the blood vessels in your sinuses. Heat can also kill viruses as do saunas. Viruses can’t live in extremely high temperatures. Our immune system uses a fever to kill them. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus is harder to kill with heat than one would imagine. So, when first infected, extra heat to your airways is a viable option. Protect your skin with extra moisture if you try this method. (Maybe, a facial sauna will help.)

Flu Kit – Prevent & Recover from Viruses

In the flu kit, Frankincense oil can disable viruses, the Liposomal Vitamin C raises your immune system and the Enzymes reduce inflammation. (Important when lungs are infected.) The Hulda Clark Zapper 30khz with tens pads can destroy viruses electronically by vibrating them to death. Use it for at least two hours twice a day if infected. (The Cure for all Diseases by Hulda Clark) The Spooky2 Rife machine allows you to search for pathogens in your body, find the exact frequencies and zap them. Viruses can replicate in you rapidly. Nip them in the bud by attacking them with the flu kit and the zapper when the first symptoms arise. The zapper can also be worn when you are out and about. Killing pathogens can increase acid levels in the body. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of water can neutralise excess acid if you have heartburn. When your vigilance becomes routine, it won’t feel like you are going over the top. You are just protecting your immune system.

If you need to normalise blood pressure and unblock kidneys in a hurry, the following can prove effective: Before Meal: 1 magnesium capsule. With meal Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, folic acid, 2 ginger capsules and 2 Uva Ursi Capsules. You should only need to do this once. If the issue continues talk to a doctor. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Sleep and Exercise

Sleep is vital for your immune system too. During sleep your body makes proteins that boost your immune system and fight infection. Lack of sleep makes you more susceptible to infections. Exercise helps you absorb more oxygen which is also a healer. If you can’t get out, exercise at home. One option is to open a window, play music and dance. Be balanced though, don’t overdo anything. Extremes are rarely helpful.

If you can’t get hold of antibacterial hand wash or hand gel, mouthwash on your hands or spirits like vodka could add further protection after washing your hands (place in a spray bottle). Ozone generators can eliminate pathogens too so buy one and learn how to use it. Drinking a glass of ozonated water once or twice a day can disable viruses. (Follow several hours later with vitamin E as it depletes stores of this vitamin in the body.)

Summary

Obviously, there are no guarantees here. What works for one person may not work for another. Our body terrain is different and Covid-19 is virulent. People with lung damage due to smoking or other lung conditions may find it harder to recover. Diabetics find it harder to recover from injuries too. The key is to avoid contact with infected persons, be more conscious about cleanliness, attack the virus at the first sign of symptoms. Reduce inflammation with enzymes to protect your lungs. Do your utmost to prevent further damage to your body through accidents to avoid needing hospital care.

Older people find it harder to recover from viruses. Over time, they have developed illnesses and built up pathogens that they may never have fully recovered from. Their immune system could be lower. Additionally, pain can adversely affect their ability to recover from viruses. Certain medications like arthritis medication or chemotherapy can lower the immune system.The above tool kit could give them the boost that they need to recover from viruses. Buy them a zapper and teach them how to use it. Keep them stocked with Elderberry juice and Vitamin C. As a bonus, these Enzymes can help relieve pain as they work as an anti-inflammatory too. Work at fixing the cause not disguising symptoms.

My Coronavirus Experience

My Coronavirus Symptoms

Four days after food shopping (mid March 2020) I got a sudden sharp pain in my right ear and a piercing pain in what felt like a few places on the right side of my throat (not the whole throat). There was pain deep in my left sinus. I felt a numbing, heavy headache coming on. A sudden tickle in the throat caused a dry cough. I had a sudden onset of post nasal drip, nausea and a dodgy stomach. I felt hot, shaky and disorientated. All of this happened in lightening fast succession within what seemed like a minute. I didn’t know what to deal with first. It was like a sudden severe allergic reaction. Here’s what I did:

How I Resolved My Symptoms

I ozonated a glass of water for 5 minutes, drank it immediately and the throat pain and cough instantly stopped. Thankfully, the ear pain had been temporary. I took 6 drops of Lugol’s iodine in water to kill bacteria or viruses in my stomach and two doses of Frankincense oil (3 drops each) 10 minutes apart. After using a Hulda Clark zapper for 2 hours (1 hour across my stomach and 1 hour with the tens pads on my shoulders) the nausea disappeared and so did the sinus and head pain (top front of head). After zapping I took 3 Liposomal Vitamin C capsules and the Frankincense oil again. Before bed, I took 1/3 tsp of bicarbonate of soda in water as I had heartburn. (Killing pathogens tends to increase acid.) All the symptoms disappeared the same day and haven’t come back. (Two weeks have passed.) Prior to and immediately following these symptoms I had felt unusually weak and sleepy. It was as if my eyes were being forced to close.

Testing in the UK is only for people who enter hospital with severe symptoms. Therefore, I was not clinically tested for the Coronavirus. However, the Spooky2 Frequency Generator software, on scanning my body, showed Covid-19 in the strongest two frequencies found. (It probably wasn’t out of my system yet.) I zapped them straight away. A couple of days later when I ran the Covid-19 program, one of the frequencies caused extreme nausea again. (Running the killing program on the frequency and following the same virus killing routine again stopped the nausea.) In my last scan (a week later) no Covid-19 frequencies appeared thankfully. I have also run the Covid-19 program again and this time NO nausea. (I trust this machine as it alerted me to cancer prior to Kings College hospital, London diagnosis in 2015.) So, for me, the worst of the Coronavirus symptoms were gone within 24 hours of appearing. A combined approach looks like it works. Oxygen in the form of ozonated water, Frankincense oil to draw the viruses out of the cells. Electricity/Square wave frequencies in the form of a zapper to energise white blood cells and Nascent or Lugol’s iodine to kill viruses and bacteria in the gut. Vitamin C, Glutathione or N-Acetyl-Cysteine supports immunity. (I have been rotating Gulathione, Cysteine or Alpha Lipoic acid daily for many years.)

Make of this what you will. I had never felt all of these symptoms at exactly the same moment before. It felt very strange. It was like I was about to collapse due to sudden weakness. I was just glad that these virus killing methods made the symptoms disappear so quickly. My husband is now doing the shopping alone. Even though he has no symptoms, he follows the same anti-virus routine as me. Forty-seven years married this year and he is still my hero.
